Unless a drawing specifies otherwise, we fabricate to the following standard tolerances:
• Laser-cut features on the same flat surface: ±0.010”
• Hole location to edge or other features on the same surface: ±0.010”
• Formed features (bend to hole / bend to edge): ±0.015”
• Across two or more bends: ±0.030”
• Bend angle: ±1°
• Material thickness: mill tolerance
Tighter tolerances are available when called out on the print. Send the drawing and we’ll confirm what we can hold before we cut.

Laser cutting
CNC fiber laser for carbon steel, stainless, and aluminum. Best suited for sheet and light plate, including detailed profiles, holes, slots, and engraved markings. Send the drawing and material and we will confirm cut quality and lead time.

Forming
CNC press brake work for boxes, channels, and multi-bend parts. We can review thicker parts case by case.

Finishing
In-house powder coating so parts leave the shop cut, formed, welded, and coated — one vendor, one shipment.

Order size
Prototype through production. We support repeating OEM parts in batches from 50-1000+. Nationwide shipping available.

How to start
Send a drawing, DXF, or sample part. Call out material, quantity, finish, and any critical dimensions. We will confirm what we can hold and quote from there.
